Refund policy

If you don't 100% love Sunny Goods products, just email us and we'll refund you within 60 days from the date of delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@trysunnygoods.com with your Order Number and the Reason for Return. We may ask you to return the unused product(s) — Also Sunny Goods donates all unused products to local charities in Los Angeles, CA. Please note that the refunded amount will reflect only the product purchase price.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event you receive damaged or defective items, please email us at hello@trysunnygoods.com with the subject line "Return: Damage or Defected item” and include your Order Number along with a photo of the issue, and we will promptly investigate and, if necessary, send you a replacement product within 2-3 business days.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@trysunnygoods.com.
