I grew up in Los Angeles and my childhood was spent at my parents' laundromat, Sunny Coin Laundry, nestled in the heart of Boyle Heights. Even though it was a self-service laundromat, I often witnessed my mom selflessly assisting grandmas that needed the help with washing and folding their clothes. Those small acts of compassion left a lasting mark on me, shaping my belief in the power of small businesses helping their communities. This inspiration is at the core of Sunny Goods today.
