Sunny Goods Laundry Detergent Sheet Questions

Place your laundry in the washing machine and position the detergent sheet on top of the load. For High-Efficiency (HE) machines or those with a detergent dispenser drawer, you may place the sheet in the detergent dispenser. Start your washing cycle as usual, and the Sunny Goods sheet will dissolve and clean your clothes.
Sunny Goods Detergent Sheets are formulated to work effectively in both cold and hot water. Some machines may operate more efficiently with cold water when using the detergent dispenser.
For both top-load and front-load washing machines, simply place the sheet on top of the laundry load. For HE machines or those with a detergent dispenser, you may also place the sheet in the detergent dispenser.
Yes, Sunny Goods Detergent Sheets are compatible with all washing machines, including HE models. For best results, test a small amount on new fabrics to ensure compatibility.
Yes, Sunny Goods Detergent Sheets are gentle enough to use on all fabric types, including wool, cotton, silk, and delicate materials. It’s recommended to test a small area on new or sensitive fabrics before full use.

For optimal cleaning, use the following guide:

  • Small Load: 1/2 sheet
  • Medium Load: 1 sheet
  • Large Load: 1 to 2 sheets

A small load usually includes lighter items like workout clothes, while larger loads may include bedding or towels.

Shipping and Returns Questions

Sunny Goods ships from United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5-8 business days (via USPS)

Priority shipping options are also available.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us at hello@trysunnygoods.com with the subject line "Return: Damage or Defective Item." Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will investigate and, if necessary, replace the product within 2-3 business days. If you are not completely satisfied with Sunny Goods, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery. Contact our support team with your order number to initiate the refund process.

How Do I Edit My Subscription?

To modify or cancel your subscription, log into your account or create one using the email associated with your order. For any assistance, contact us at hello@trysunnygoods.com .
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid charges for a scheduled delivery, cancellations must be made by midnight (PST) the day before. If you cancel after receiving a Shipping Confirmation email, we are unable to issue a refund, as the item will already be en route.
